[Season Begins]
The season kicks off today.
We look forward to your continued support this year.
The wave forecast from the day before wasn’t great, but since the forecast called for calm winds, we headed out—and just as expected, there was almost no wind at all, so no issues there.
Once we got out to sea, everything was blanketed in white.
We started with cherry salmon but got no bites.
We picked up some small to medium-sized fish around the offshore reefs, then switched to flounder for the last hour.
That turned out to be the right move.
I got a hit the moment I dropped the line, and they kept coming.
Before I knew it, I’d caught double digits.
I landed a mix of flathead flounder, black rockfish, and Japanese flounder, including several over 40 cm.
This level of activity in just one hour is incredible—flounder fishing is looking really good right now.
【What’s Ahead】
A fellow boat caught a cherry salmon weighing about 3 kg, so things are looking promising for the rest of the season.
Rockfish are mostly small to medium-sized, but if the timing is right, you can catch plenty.
Now is the perfect time to target flounder.
【Booking Status】
We are closed on weekdays this week due to ski operations.
There are still openings on Sunday.
Weekends are filling up starting from the flounder season in late May.
Weekdays still have some availability.
If the timing works for you, please come out.
We look forward to your reservations.
